Jill is the founder of “Your Balanced Mind” and an executive coach, accredited  coach supervisor, and mindfulness teacher who has worked in the corporate world for over thirty years with high-performing achievers and will help you from the inside out to:-

  • ·        Have more control over your mind and unhelpful patterns such as imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and people pleaser so you can be more calm, focused, and purposeful.

She also is a qualified user of MBTI, Resilience at Work Toolkit, 16 PF Personality profiling, PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High Performing Executive Teams), Margerisson McCann Team Wheel, and FIRO B.
